Auto Glass: front windows roll down but not back up, auto glass repair, blown fuse

I have a 96 sebring convertible and my front windows roll down but won't go back up. The smaller back ones roll up and down just fine. The auto locks don't work either. Is it all interconnected? How do i get the windows to work agian?

Hi Sara,

When you push the window button, does the motor groan?  If not, then you may have a blown fuse.  If the fuse is OK, then I would take the car to an auto glass repair shop.  They will have the tools and experience to locate any electrical problems.
