Hi Antonio,
The rear window above my tailgate won't stay up by itself anymore, I checked all the connections, but still no luck,I have to prop it open with a stick to load items into the rear !

Hello John,

The 2001 Chevy Trailblazer rear window glass is held open by "hydrolic Rods" Which when the window is opened create resistance within themselves to keep the window open.

I recommend going to your local auto part store, they will have the parts you need, and the rods are easily changed in about 20 minutes by removing the old ones from their bolts and installing the new ones in their place.
