Answer
I'm getting a lot of questions about burned out dash bulbs lately.  Changing them is simple, but not easy.  You need to lie on the floor in the driver's side footwell and reach up behind the dash.  The part you see from the seat is attached to a large printed circuit panel which can be accessed from beneath.  The bulbs are in little holders made of black plastic which twist into small holes in the board.  They have contacts on them so that they get their juice directly from the board.  Take any coverings which might shield the underside of the dash and get a flashlight so that you can see into the space.  They twist out CCW and twist in CW.  Have a supply of the bulbs on hand before doing the job.  I would advise changing all of the dash bulbs at one go, they're all the same age and will all fail soon.
