Auto Parts: New ibiza fr gearbox, car nuts, new ibiza

Hi. I have ordered a 2009 ibiza fr tsi dsg. I want to know if the dsg is the older one which can handle 220nm torque or the new one capable of 550nm. I know all the other details about these gearboxes but i don't know which ones is used in the new fr.

    Sorry, but we don't have SEAT cars in this country (USA), so I know nothing about them. http://www.autopartstrader.co.uk/carparts/seat/ibiza/gearbox-lines << check out this website, it looks like they may have some answers.  One thing I've found is that, as many car nuts and opinions as there are in the world, the U.K. has by far the most per capita.  Since they do sell SEAT in Great Britain, I'm sure that you will find an opinion on this or one of the related sites.  Good luck.
