Car Alarms: Auto Mate Alarm Disconnect

Hello, I have an Auto Mate by Directed Electronics alarm installed in my 2012 Jeep Liberty. The model # is W3001A 2008-04. This thing goes off for no reason and I am now looking to completely disconnect it. Can you please send instruction on how to disconnect or disable?
