Car Alarms: Security system

Question
I purchased a 2005 liberty that was a theft recovery and it will not start unless:someone holds down the starter relay in the control module and the key is held in the start position, it will only run foe a few seconds before it shuts off.

I replaced the key cylinder and the broken security ring module. Still has same problem, lights flash and no change in starting .

Can I just bypass the security system and will it start if I do so ??

If I can, what do I need to do to ???
Thanks

Answer
No, the Jeep NVIS transponder system is in the ignition
and the keys. Jeep will need to re sync the 2 so that the
fuel rail will open on command, and then start.

There is no other way I am aware of. Once done however,
there is a bypass kit available that can work.
The criteria there is it must start and run to program it.
