Car Alarms: alarm questions

Question
I just purchased a viper responder 350 and I was reading the owners manual and I came to the part where it was talking about the remote control and it said" to satisfy fcc rf exposure compliance requirements, this device should be used in hand-held, hand operated configurations only. The device and its antenna must maintain a seperation distance of 20cm or more from the persons body, except for the hand and wrist, to satisfy RF exposure compliance. This device is designed to be used in a person's hands and its operating configurations do not support normal transmissions while it is carried in pockets or holsters next to a persons body,,,, I know that I wrote a lot, , but what does all of this mean? ?

Answer
Means have it in your hand and 20 cm away from your head.
Do not block the signal by metal objects etc...

Must be in range and allow for all other types of signal
radiation as well.

Just basically pick apart what you wrote and apply your
common sense to the implied meaning.
