Car Alarms: viper alarm remote not working!, good luck, viper alarm

I just purchased a 2004 Tahoe and it came equipped with a viper alarm. I am not sure what model it is but it has a blue remote with numbers on the back 479v/p/c it was working fine but today i had the windows tinted and when I got home the remote just vibrates and the car does not lock! What can I do?
