QUESTION: can you please tell me how to "disable anti-theft system all together, and have a car that will start and run again...PLEASE!

ANSWER: First of all, I need the make, model & year.
Second, this is not something I volunteer for free here.
It's my business online at www.wirewerx.com , and since it's
sensitive material which you should not share openly,
I'm sure you understand why it is not openly shared.

Third, it will depend on the vehicle we are
talking about. ALL are different and require
different procedures to disable and disarm.

QUESTION: it is a 1992 nissan maxima, and some how it is stuck in the anti-theft mode, alarm was going off for no reason so i did the only thing i could think of & disconnected the battery, and there ya have it. The only key i have is a spare that i had made @ home depot, so it has no transponder-which could be the issue, but its the only key i have. any help you could give would be great. Thanx

Answer
Gotcha, let's put it into valet/service mode,
and try to reset the alarm to default mode.

Look under the dash area for a button or, a toggle
switch. When you locate it, turn on the ignition
key, press and hold in the button (little
spring loaded micro button, red or black possibly)
until the alarm chirps 1 time. This should over ride
the system, and only the keyless entry part,
if installed, would still be operating.
The LED (light emiting diode) light in the dash
should also go on solid.

At this point. the alarm would have reset.
If this had a starter kill relay installed,
it would now be opened, and the engine would
turn over when tried.

You would repeat these steps to go back to
user mode to see if this was corrected.

Let me know if it works for yours.
