Car Alarms: 2002 Toyota Highlander Alarm Problem, karr alarm system, toyota highlander

Question
I have a KARR alarm system installed on my 2002 Toyota Highlander that goes off by itself. I took it to the local Toyota dealer and they said the sensitivity was set too low and they adjusted it. A couple days later, it started going off by itself again but this time it happened when I was away from the car and unable to get there in time before a neighbor disconnected the horn from under the car (how they did that is a mystery but one I have to figure our since I need the horn to be street legal). Is there a way to disconnect the alarm while keeping the horn? Thank you in advance!!

Answer
Yes but you would need to get under the dash and remove the
Karr wiring to the horn to do it. For best info possible
