Car Alarms: chapman car alarm, blown fuse, car alarm

Question
My 95 camry has a chapman alarm. The lights where left on,
the battery went dead. when this happened before I just
reset the alarm. This time the light for the alarm is not
on,and the siren is not going off.        the battery has
been charged but the starter will not turn. does this mean
the alarm needs to be removed or replaced?

Answer
It could be anything from lost remote programming,
to a blown fuse inline.

I'd take it in to have a car alarm/stereo
guy evaluate the situation, inspect the
fuseable links inline and make sure
it toggles into and out of valet override.

He may be able to salvage what you have there.

Good luck.
