Car Alarms: car security camera, video surveillance system, stage motion

Can you suggest for me a car video surveillance system that is motion detect activated, and that has remote access. That is also small enough to not be easily detected.

What's available is a bit limited, but the Vision Guard 8000
system with camera mounted inside at the top of the windshield
near the mirror, facing the drivers seat.

Once the 2 stage motion sensor detects a mass in it's field,
the camera starts to take pics of the drivers seat, and sends
them to the key chain remote.

This system also remote starts the vehicle, (if needed, bypass
kit and door lock relays would be extra depending on make, model & year
of vehicle.)
