Car Alarms: 479v - remote start, google search, remote start

Question
I have a Viper installed with Remote Start as a feature. Recently, the remote start stopped working. All else is working fine but I get no response from the car w/ remote start. I had the keys in my pocket prior to this and I think a sequence was accidentally pressed to un-program it. I remember the remote vibrating a couple times and since that night...nothing. Can someone inform me on how to re-program this or have link to a manual...thanks alot
