Car Alarms: problem with car alarm, toyota tazz, silent noise

I am having a problem with the alarm system in my toyota tazz 1.3.ive been experiencing this problem since i connected sound in my car.i fitted a fuse on the battery so that if the sound is to loud it would blow the fuse and not the amplifier.while connecting the fuse on the battery the alarm started making loud noises.i thought everything was fine until my car started to switch of.I used the override plug to start the car.i should turn the ignition on press the remote once then insert the override plug and then start the car.but sometimes while driving the car should just switch of and i had to start it again.its not a fun feeling to get while driving.i went to Toyota and i was told that the remote and the override plug serves the same function so a guy told me just to press the remote twice and that i should not use the override plug.but that has not worked as i still switch off and the alarm when activated and deactivated would give of a silent noise .the hazards would flash but the beeps would not be heard.the hooter at this point will also not work.please get back to me so that this problem that i am having can be a thing of the past.thanks
