Car Alarms: horn going off, mazda rx 8, thanksgiving weekend

Question
I  have a mazda  rx 8 2004   Horn is going off,  flasher going off and remote will not reset alarm.    I pulled the horn alarm to silence but I can not find reset button under dash.   When I replace the battery on remote it no longer worked at    Help please   Happpy Thanksgiving all.
