Car Alarms: KARR security system, security alarm system, camry hybrid

Hello, I bought 2007 Toyoto Camry Hybrid in LA with the KARR security alarm system installed. I moved to Charlotte,NC now. Last week I put the shift in parking, had power on and tried to open the door. Alarm started and was beeping. I turned off the engine,got down, locked thru the remote key and unlocked it. Usually, it fixes the problem but from that time onwards the security light keeps blinking while driving and whenever i hit a bump, security alarm beeps and when i try to come out of the car, it beeps with a big sound. I unlock with the remote key then it stops. Now the Wiper does not work from the day the security alarm issue started. I took it to the dealer, he just turned off the security system but the wiper does not work still.
I dont know how i can fix this problem or whom should I take it? 2 Issues are as below:
1.Security alarm light keeps blinking while driving and when i hit a bump or get down from the car, alarm beeps..
2. Wiper does not work now.
3. what should i do and how can i fix these issues?
