Car Alarms: 2 in 1 prostart alarm and remote starter problem., key remote control, starter problem

Hi, I have Honda Accord,94,Ex, 2 in 1 alarm and remote starter installed (prostart).Actually my car battery died, and I also changed the battery of remote control too, since then it started alarm,not going to stop with key remote control,Its pogramme entering mode button when I pressed, no parking lights came on, like its not working, I was thinking to program the transmission but for this I need to enter programm mode which is not working, Now I took the battery connector off from the module and by this its alarm stopped other wise it keeps up, No idea what to do.Any Help would be appreciated.
