Car Alarms: Viper 719XV, instalation instructions, gmail

Question
Hello, I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am 3.4L v6, last year I had a company called "Street Styles" located near New Orleans Install a Viper 719XV car alarm with remote start. Now, a year later, the remote start stopped working one day. I returned to the shop that installed it and they tried to charge me to look at it, I refused to give them any money and brought the car back home. I have now removed the lower part of the dash revealing the alarm and the mess of wires they left in there (looks like a kid did it) I looked at as many connections as I could but with no luck as of yet. I was hoping you could give me ideas on what to look for, they wouldn't give me the instalation instructions for the alarm either so I have no idea what wire does what on the alarm. The best discription I can give when I try to use the remote start is, The car's lights will flash, the gauges do there normal self test and the vents come on, but the starter never turns over. The alarm will try 3 times then respond back it failed. The only thing I can think off that I did to the car since the last time it worked was disconnect the battery to change the spark plugs in my car. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Shawn
