Car Alarms: Pursuit Remote Starer In Ford Ranger, car alarm installation, alarmtek

I purchased a used Ford Ranger with fobs that say Pursuit on them. I do not know what unit came with the truck. The truck is a 2003. I was given one key, two fops w/pursuit and the original Ford  fob. If I used the original fob to lock the doors the Pursuit fobs would not reopen. The Ford fob is fully functional as is the pursuit when it comes to locking and unlocking the doors .That is ok. I had two more keys made for the truck as they are equipped with a chip I took them to Ford to be redone along with the original.I believe they changed the code on all three keys,now my pursuit unit done not respond to the fobs remote start. Is there anyway I can match them up again or do I take it to Ford to have them match it up . The description of the fob is a shape close to a roundish triangle ( Black) with four buttons ,two blue for unlocking and locking doors,green button with a key under some other figure, and last button is Grey with the word option on it. If you can not help that's ok, I guess you really would need to have the units model number and i do not know where to look for it.
