Car Alarms: securacode type alarm removal, car alarm installation, alarmtek

i have a 93 plymouth mini van with a securacode type alarm system that was instaled by the dealer when the van was origanly sold
its the type of alarm that you plug a small keychain fob thing into a socket before you can start the van
one of the fobs no longer works at all and the other one is starting to give me trouble
the dealer wheare the van was bought no longer uses this type of alarm and wants to charge a verry high price per hr to remove the system
i have hade little luck finding a local car alarm business that has much knowlage with this system
can you please help me with finding info on how to remove this system
