Car Alarms: Omega Excalibur 500 issues, upper button, dodge stratus

I just installed this alarm, using the proper resistors I was told by several electronics sites to use on a 98 Dodge Stratus 1-wire door lock system: 680-ohm on the lock wire and 2700-ohm on the unlock wire from the alarm to my yellow door lock/unlock wire.  Nothing happens.  No lock, no unlock.  Still waiting for someone from Omega to contact me but they're pretty slow in responding.  Also, bottom remote button, pressed twice, is supposed to disarm without chirps but does absolutely nothing.  Upper button pressed twice arms without a chirp, but bottom button isn't working.  And the valet wire broke off at the plug, so I need to find out how to replace it.

he can assist you with this issue.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or, trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that will.
