Car Alarms: Passkey III system, passkey iii, gm vehicles

Hi, I have an 01 GTP and about two days ago my Passkey system engaged its anti-theft mode where it cuts off the fuel supply to the engine. I have no clue why this happened because I had just driven the car about an hour prior and everything was fine. I have two keys that are programed for the car and neither of them work. Im just wondering if you would know what caused this to happen and how do I fix it? Thanks for any help you might have.

You should write to a guy who actually makes his living
doing bypass kits, modules and remote start applications
into GM vehicles.
