Compustar alarm installed in my car goes on automatically even night in winter without any outside disturbance.
I am not sure why the alarm starts siren automatically without a reason.
Is this the problem with the battery  or with the alarm sensors?

Likely to be the sensor attached to it. These can tend
to expand and contract in severe temp changes.

The way you can test is to unplug anything in the sensor port
for 48 hours, and depend on the door triggers
to protect the vehicle for this time period.

If it's the sensor, then you'll know that, and can
leave it off until the weather is better.
If not the sensor, then you'll know that too,
and can move onto the door triggers and connectors.
