Car Alarms: 05 honda ex remote start, smart key, remote start

how or what is needed to bypass the -smart key ?? it turns over but will not start and if i put the key next 2 it it will start.

Either a universal bypass that requires you give
up a key to a box buried under the dash = 36.00
