Car Alarms: car alam, keyless entry systems, b18 swap

hi i have a 1995 civic dx with a b18 swap and a hornet alarm system...recently my battery died so i took it out and charged it..when i put it back in the alarm keeps goin off and the remote wont work...how do i fix it? any suggestions?
