Car Alarms: KARR 4040 alarm, karr alarm system, representitive

I.have a 2001 ford explorer spots trac with a karr alarm system install.I recently lost my key a keyless remote.I brought a new  and remote and the ford people programmed them now my karr alarm part of the system doesn't work.can that be reprogrammed to my new remote
