Car Alarms: Power Locks, power locks, dodge dakota

Question
QUESTION: I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota, and i just installed an alarm. My power locks was not connected because i have a factory installed keyless entry. Because of this my alarm remote wont work, so i installed a three way relay setup so that i could use my alarm remote to unlock my doors. It worked at first, but the next day i pressed the unlock button but only the passenger side door opened, after i used the truck then hit the lock button on the remote, both locks would work. Then the following day non worked, so i disconnected the 3 way relay setup, now the locks wont operate at all. When i hit the door switch, i only hear the relay in the passenger side dash clicking. Whats going on?

ANSWER: You may have toasted the door lock fuses.
I would look to replace that. The alarm you have should also
control the factory system. Go to the wirewerx and get the chart for
this truck. It will show you how to do the keyless entry with
your alarm.
