Car Alarms: ungo car alarm, ungo car alarm, resident technicians

Hello, I recently purchased a 1999 toyota celica that has a ungo car alarm, it works intermittently, I remove the battery from the fob and replace and sometimes it will work 4-5 times then nothing...any ideas? Thanks
