Car Alarms: Car wont start..., mitsubishi magna, resident technicians

Question
When it rains my car alarm goes off. I unplugged it the other day. Now the car will not start. I charged the battery over night and put it in. When I turn the ignition key it clicks and that is all. Then no power comes. I don't know if it drains the battery or what. I have a Mitsubishi Magna -93 and the model of the alarm is Repeller. Can you help me?

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
