Car Alarms: remote for nissan maxima 95 stop working, replacement remotes, joe cassidy

my remote for my nissan maxima stop working. The remote turned on/off the alarm, lowered the front windows and opened the trunk. I changed both batteries on the remotes but it's still not working. The alarm system still works with the key but that's it.  Can you help in anyway, thanks

For replacement remotes
and programming info, I now refer these folks to our
