Car Alarms: Autocop XS remote not working, resident technicians, button press

Question
I got an Autocop secutity system installed in my car last week. After a day or two, the remote stopped working, i see the LED glowing in the remote on any button press, but no response in the car. I.e, it's not getting locked/unlocked.
However, the back gear alarm and door lock on ingition ON is working perfectly fine!
By any means, have i disabled my remote from functioning.
P.S: Even my spare remote gives the same problem.

Nope, sorry.
On this one, the best thing here is
to go to my installers forum at
www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project. I don't know enough
on this system to advise you properly.
