Car Alarms: remote start problem, heated seats, remote start

I recently had an Avatel remote start system installed in my 2004 tahoe, the problem is only SOMETIMES when you start by emote the heated seats come on.Like I said only sometimes does it come on...the tech who done the install said it doesn't have a feature for heated seats,Thx in advance
