Car Alarms: Viper Remote 771xv, ford expedition, remote start

Question
I have a 99 Ford Expedition and i had a viper771xv installed and it has remote start on it. I remote started the vehicle and went to put key in ignition and hit brake at same time and the engine shut down .  I can not get my key out or start my car.  any suggestions on what to do with the viper771xv.
