Car Alarms: CAR ALARM AUTOMATE 425A, blown fuses, door locks

Question
Have a dealer installed Automate 425A car alarm which came with my 2002 Dodge. The system will allow me to set/disarm the alarm with the key fob however, the system will no longer opens the door locks. I followed the instructions in the manual to reset with no positive results. I've inspected the wiring in the dash console and no blown fuses. Not sure what to look for now. Any advise would be great.
