Car Alarms: viper 479v, beep sound, fcc id

Question
my car's remote for the alarm/keyless entry/starter is a viper 479v/p/c 2(66) codes fcc id: ezsde1478. Before, everytime i lock and unlock the car to arm the alarm, there's always a beep sound when activated that's why i know if it's lock or not and the led light inside the car is blinking once the alarm is on. also the remote vibrates as well when i start the car from the remote once the car turned on. but now, none of those work. the remote locks my car but i don't hear any beep sound from it nor from the car and the led light is just a steady light. then to make it worst, after 2 to 3 hours of locking the car through the remote, the car will start on it's own. what could be the problem?
this all happened after i press the remote to lock it when my friend were about to close the door from her side. please help me solve this issues. thanks!

Answer
Oooop! You must have
missed the big yellow button on the
ALLXPERTS site. I don't supply that
service. You have the
wrong guy here. I don't
provide support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.

I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I have a
guy at sales@tampacaralarms.com who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
you right.

Sorry I could'nt be of more service.
