Car Alarms: remote start doesnt work, resident technicians, remote starts

I purchased a 1998 Honda Civic, and it a Crimestopper RS700 III was already installed and worked properly.  After about a year, it work every once in a while, and when it didn't it would just click and not start.  Now it is not even clicking.  The keyless entry still works.  any ideas?  I know nothing about remote starts, and not wanting to spend any money have it look at.  it is just a car to drive to work.   Thanks!

with this project. I don't know enough
on this system to advise you properly.
