Car Alarms: Car Alarm, shock sensor, circuit city

Where do I go to get the alarm sensitivity looked at? I just bought a used 2006 Ford Sport Trak, the alarm beeps when cars drive by and goes off when there is a loud vehicle. For instance there is Harley down the road that drives by a night and sets off the alarm. Help!

Ok, the alarm has a shock sensor set too high.
Best suggestion, take it up to circuit city,
best buys, or the local stereo guy, and have
him locate it under the dash, and turn it
down or off entirely. The door triggers will
set it off if the car is broken into, so
you'll still be covered.

That will solve yours, and the neighbors
issues.
