Car Alarms: alarm probleme i think, valet mode, board computer

Question
car alarm light comes on 10 seconds after i put key into ignition does not blink just stays steady on and car will not start cause of no spark. is this factory alarm or on board computer module

I would need to know some more information like what the exact make and model of your alarm is.  As well as the make/model/year of the vehicle.

Most alarms do not inhibit spark, rather they stop the starter from cranking.  The fact the LED is lighting up solid is normally an indicator of the alarm going into valet mode, which means the alarm is disabled.  I think your problem lies elsewhere.
