Car Alarms: Commando 550 Alarm Problems, dome light supervision, survalience

Hello,

I am install a commando 550 alarm on a 2005 F150.  I am having problems with the dome light supervision and the siren.  Everything looks to be connected properly, however neither are working.  Please help.

Dome light supervision requires a relay. See this
diagram at www.relayhelp.com (see Positive type)

and if you attempted to attatch the dome light
survalience without the realy, you have probably
cause a burt circuit, affecting the siren and possibly
other circuits. If this is the case, contact
Commando on Tuesday for service as the alarm
is not servicable.

If you did not try the connection, get a relay.
