Hey, I just got a 1997 Camaro for my birthday and it has a Viper car alarm system installed in it. I'm not sure what model Viper alarm it is or how to use it. The remote has 4 buttons with I, II, III, and IV on them. Do you have any idea what model Viper alarm this could be or how to reset the code to deactivate the alarm system? The person I bought it from did not install it and had no idea how to use it.

This is a little vague as almost all of the older systems could fit the description of the remote.  I have a pdf of a manual for one of these older systems.  If you can locate the brain of the alarm it will list the model number right on the brain itself and I can get you the manual for your specific system.
