Car Alarms: ultra car alarm, overide, car alarm

I have an ultra car alarm.  It is a 4 button remote.  I have replaced the batteries in both of my remotes but the alarm is not working.  It just stopped working.  There is a red light in my car that comes on for a few seconds then goes out.  The alarm used to lock and unlock doors as it armed and disarmed system.  Any help would be appreciated.

The alarm may be in an "overide" or triggered mode.
In either case, you would need to reset the system.

your particular alarm file. In it you will
find the procedure to reset the system you have.
