Car Alarms: What is the real story with Commando?, bryan fullerton, doing business online

Question
I read on a website somewhere that
I should avoid buying anything at
Commando Car Alarms because of slow
shipping and bad service all around.

Do you know anything about what's going on
since I really like the ez2500 system
that they sell at Commando.

Please advise.

Answer
SOUR GRAPES!

Bryan Fullerton-Black Ridge Security VS.
Commando Car Alarms.

The On Going battle.....

Do NOT believe everything you read or hear from
this very terrible business man who has made it his
life long calling to bring down a very reputable
firm, doing business online for over 10 years.

I was asked to investigate the clains of
Mr. Bryan Fullerton at Black Ridge Security
in Washington State, and I have done so.

It appears that this individual had a viable
claim for 1 point only when he set out
on his tirade against Commando Alarms.

The point he made was that the order he
placed had not been processed. Ok, that
is understood, and from what I see, was
not only addressed by the sales rep at
Commando, but was done with no arguement,
and with the professional respect I have
ALWAYS seen at Commando.

This however, was rejected by Mr Fullerton,
who then proceeded to claim all sorts of
issues which simply do not jive with the truth.
His embelishments, and soap box antics aside,
Mr. Fullerton was simply an unprofessional sub dealer,
and treated this mistake as a personal attack.

After many inflamitory calls and emails, Commando
by rights, decided to cut they're losses with him and
discontinue they're business relationship.
That is they're right, and I agree , the right thing to do
in this instance, with this particular individual.

The issue is a simple one. A mistake was made somewhere
in the ordering, and the 2 parties here became
enemies in a very short span of time because
the customer here (Mr Fullerton) did not get
his way, and is crying sour grapes, and stamping
his feet, but is still in no way , a smart business man.

If I were a consumer looking at track records,
The decision here for me is clear. GNU industries,
and all of the companies under that business umbrella,
are not at fault here. They were trying diligently
to correct the customers issue, and then were blamed
for Mr Fullertons inability to deal with a glitch.
He then erupted in a very un business like manner,
and blamed all of his woes, on GNU.

I do not know the gentleman at Black Ridge, but
I would not do business with someone as inflamitory
as he is when things do not go his way.
That attitude is bad for businsess, and not worth
dealing with long term.

From everything I have read, and understand about
this issue, this shop Black Ridge Security, is a fly
by night operation that should be dicarded as a choice
for your mobile security dollars if at all possible.

I know from my 12 years on the internet, and over
32 years installing, that GNU Industies bends over
backwards in customer service, and as always, can
be counted on for quality products and aftersale
service. It appears thar Mr Fullerton has been in
his buisness for considerably less time, and
provides very little, if any aftersale support.

Interesting. Check them both out and formulate
your own opinion.

Keep these people honest!
