Car Alarms: dr-24 window rollup module, honda stream, door switch

I had an dr-24 window rollup module from commando alarms installed on my 2001 Honda Stream (wiring the same as a civic) and it works great as a four window rollup module; except when I use the one touch door switch to roll up the drivers window.  Then it rolls  up and then immediately rolls down a couple of inches to vent.  Whats the problem and what should I tell the installer to fix it?

Sorry Daniel, I do not know the window mod system
since I don't sell or do window mods here.
Always seem to run into trouble with those,
