Car Alarms: Removal of a car alarm., toyota coralla, starter wire

Question
Good Morning,

I have a 1996 toyota coralla, and have just removed the alarm.  The type of alarm that it has is code alarm and now my car will not start at all.  I had some guy come over and take a look at it and he had said that the button that is used to valet my car, has been cut and he really isnt too sure on what I have to do to totally remove the alarm.  I have tried everything, and still have no clue.  Could you please help me with this problem.  Thank you.

Answer
Ok, you are almost there. In the ignition
harness a relay was installed for starter disable.
This is pretty common, but the trick here is to
locate the starter wire (black/white|+| in the igntion
harness coming off of the key switch,)
and cut out the starter kill relay.

Then re attatch the
2 ends of the starter wire back together,
and you are all set.

Not bad though. Good job.
You are almost finished.

Good luck.
