Car Stereos: 1990 e-150 van jvc stereo no sound, best bet, premium sound

Justin, I am installing a jvc stereo in 1990 e-150 van using aftermarket harness, no sound. I looked on your page and found 1991 van with same problem Ed told him to connect blue & white radio wire to blue & white in van to activate amp. my van has no blue & white wire can you help? thanks Terry PS my van had am fm cassette premium sound.

Hi Terry,

If you're putting an aftermarket deck in the van, your best bet is actually to just bypass the factory amplifier altogether.
