Hi Ashley,

Visit a site like http://www.crutchfield.com/ to get an idea of the hardware you need.

Then, you'll have to solder together the aftermarket stereo's harness to the Cadillac harness you'll buy from Crutchfield/another retailer.  Then, you'll plug it all together.
