how do i hookup my amp to my 04 chevy cavelier stock cd player

first run to the nearest car audio store and get yourself a high low level converter, and an amp wiring kit ask the ppl there what gauge do you need for your amp since you didnt listed the specifications of your amp i cant tell you what size wire you need.

first connect the converter to your radio speaker outputs,
then run the power wire from the battery to your amp (make sure you fuse this wire). run the remote wire from the fuse box (find a fuse that has 12 volts only when you turn the key on) run it to your amp get the ground from the chasis i ussually peel off a lill paint  and screw the ground wire there run the RCA wires from the converter you hooked up before and thats it.
