NASCAR Racing: Rules, team mate, delayed response

Question
In todays team environment, it might be possible for a team mate to help a another in the final portion of the race....
if it happened, could a "lucky dog" pass ever be declined to maintain a better position to help a teammate? would the next in line get the pass?...

Answer
Sorry for the delayed response, I've been pretty busy.
The driver that recieves the lucky dog can decline to use it, but it would not transfer to another driver. For the most part, I doubt any driver would do this for a teammate at the end of a race, when it comes down to the wire it's evey man for himself, regardless of team orders. Anything a driver can do to advance his own position, he will do, or he isn't a good competitor. However, yes, it is possible a drive could decline it to block for a teammate.
