QuestionI'm having a problem. My A/C and heater does not work. My A/c doesn't work and my rear defrost doesn't work either. My heater blows very weak air and only comes out for the front defrosts. Help me please..

Your A/C, heater, and rear defroster are three separate systems.
Does your A/C not generate cold air? Or is it the blower doesn't work? If no cold air, does the compressor kick on and off at all? Need to determine if it's an AC problem, or a blower/ducting problem.
Does your heater not put out any heat? Or does the blower not work? If it puts out no heat, does the engine temperature gauge on your dash get to normal operating range? Need to determine if it's a engine heat issue or a blower/ducting issue.
Your rear defroster is purely electrical. Check your fuse first. Then, is there power at the switch? Does it light when you push it?
Take a look at each of the three issues separately, and let me know what you find.
