BMW Repair: Clutch grinding noise, bmw e46, throwout bearing

Question
Hi Evan

On my bmw e46 325i sport everytime i use the clutch it seems to be making a very very light springy/grinding noise. It only seems to make the noise when the car is moving and i press on the clutch. when the car is parked and i push on the clutch it doesn't make any noise at all?
Also when i steer left/right it makes a clicking noise similiar to an indicator sound?
I really need your help?
Thanks
Khali

Answer
Khali, Noises are hard to find. Moreover they are impossible to diagnose over the internet. Steering noise could be a bearing, or a clock spring. The clutch could be a throwout bearing or a pilot bearing. Like I said I can't hear the noise or I recommending having it checked out if I bothers you.
